About the Role
Rapidops is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our brand awareness, strategic marketing, and demand generation initiatives.
This is an opportunity for an experienced B2B marketing leader with our Charlotte, NC team. You will lead the US marketing strategy and its execution to position Rapidops as a leading digital transformation partner. You will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, attract prospects and generate high-quality leads. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you need to be passionate about understanding customers and growing a fast-paced business in the B2B space. We are looking for an analytical and strategic thinker with a knack to leading a dynamic team, think creatively, and bring a deep understanding of modern marketing technologies, techniques, and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring a deep understanding of B2B, managed services, and/or technology marketing
- Serve as a strategic and innovative marketing leader for the region
- Lead the team of designers, content writers, marketing managers, and analysts to develop and execute the effective marketing strategies
- Help craft the brand positioning, narratives, identity, and messaging to be used across various target segments
- Research trends, generate ideas, run experiments and measure their impacts
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns
- Leverage modern SEO, marketing, and automation tools to improve the productivity and effectiveness of all campaigns
- Optimize the website to be a sustainable lead generation source by refining messaging, developing marketing content, and organizing solutions for optimal user experience
- Integrate marketing efforts with sales strategy to design and execute account-based marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and thought-leadership content
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of marketing initiatives and use the insights to optimize future strategies and campaigns
- Work closely with the executive team to drive business growth in the region
- Represent Rapidops at local and national marketing events and conferences
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with the ability to build and execute marketing strategies, messaging, and campaigns
- 2+ years of experience with inbound marketing strategies
- Proven lead generation experience, including strategy, content development; measurement, and execution
- Proven written and verbal communication skills – ability to tell compelling stories about our brand and offerings
- Experience developing and nurturing marketing talent, processes, and culture; ability to work with distributed teams
- Sales enablement experience; development of sales enablement materials; working with sales
- Strategic and creative thinker with an excellent eye for detail (for design and copy) and skills to get things done
- Understanding of the IT services market, key competitors, and influencers is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in Marketing or a related business or technology field or equivalent experience
