About the Role:
Salesmate CRM, a Rapidops SaaS product, is one of the most advanced and award-winning sales CRM and customer journey platform that enables businesses to organize their marketing, sales, and service processes, automate customer engagement and grow their revenue using cutting-edge technologies such as cloud, distributed computing, machine learning, and data analytics. Salesmate is being used by 4000+ businesses, and it is growing rapidly into an industry-leading AI-powered sales enablement platform.
We are looking for someone who embraces openness, teamwork, and innovation. You should be passionate about learning and solving challenging problems with paid search, campaign management, and lead generation. You should be keen to work with a range of people and different teams to achieve your defined KPIs and educate other team members to effectively manage all search and social media paid campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in forming effective paid search strategies
- Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
- Oversee accounts on search and social media platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing, Linkedin, Facebook, etc.)
- Be an expert in keyword selection and audience targeting
- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
- Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
- Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
- Write attractive and concise copies for adverts
- Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
- Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
- Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
- Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
- Create visually appealing landing pages and Identify CRO opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in creating and managing paid search and social campaigns.
- Experience in Campaign Optimization (making decisions, scaling up campaigns, etc).
- Experience in growth strategies, and media planning
- Proven track record of successfully leading paid search accounts by managing media planning to execution
- Expert in Google search, shopping, discovery, Microsoft search, Youtube, and app install campaigns
- Strong hold on creating & implementing campaigns and build data-driven strategies to deliver consistent growth
- Core understanding of conversions tracking and attribution modeling including pixel/tags creations, conversion setting, look back window, and custom variables
- Fair understanding of third-party web tracking tools
- Good command over Google analytics, search, ad campaigns & optimizations
- Provide periodical performance reports and present improvement plans
- Optimize targeting according to changing search trends
- Detailed understanding of marketing concepts & brand communications
